Lela Music Group is a trading name of Ella Entertainment LTD, 195 Holloway Road, London N7 8DJ, United Kingdom. These terms cover the website at lelamusicgroup.com and the Lela artist app.
Your contract comes first
These terms cover using the website and app only. Your deal with Lela, including royalties, payments and rights, is set by the contract you sign. If the two disagree, your signed contract applies.
Your account
- Give true details, and keep your password private.
- Only use an account that is yours. You are responsible for what happens on it.
- Lela reviews every application and can refuse one.
What you send us
Only send music, videos and files that you own or have the right to share. Sending them here does not give Lela any rights in them; rights come only from a signed contract.
Fair use
Do not misuse the service, try to reach other people’s data, send false ID or payment details, or interfere with how it works. We may suspend an account that does.
Payments
Amounts shown come from approved statements. A withdrawal is a request; Lela Finance checks it and confirms the final amount. You are responsible for your own tax.
Availability
We work to keep the service running and correct, but it may sometimes be unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time. This does not end a signed contract; contracts end under their own terms.
Changes and law
We may update these terms and will change the date above. They are governed by the law of England and Wales.
